When and why can I return an order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days (from the day you received the product) to return it. Returns with refunds are subject to a deduction for shipping costs! (€5.50). The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as you received it and must have, as far as possible, the original packaging and all labels and warranty slips (if present). Furthermore, the product must be sent in the same box in which it was received, and it is advisable to use a plastic bag to protect the product from moisture, rain, or dirt. Make sure the package is properly sealed. This will make the process easier and faster. If you wish to exchange the product for a different one, you will need to place a new order.
The product return must be carried out as follows:
- Products must not have been used and must be in exactly the same condition as they were received.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels and warranty slips.
- You must open your return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Make sure to pack the products well to prevent them from being damaged during transit.
- We advise you to keep proof of shipment or send via a Courier that provides a tracking number.
- As soon as the package arrives and is checked, we will send you an email and, if the product is in good condition, we will confirm the refund. Please note that refund times can be up to 14 working days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can submit a claim by filling out the return form. To facilitate the return, please attach:

Claims are not accepted in the following cases:

- Products that are dirty or damaged from use.
- Products that cause contact hypersensitivity.
- Damage caused by external factors such as rubbing, sharp objects, chemical products, etc.
How will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the package at our warehouse and after checking the product, we will refund the amount paid. The refund depends on the payment method you used when placing the order:
- If you paid via PayPal, you will receive a refund to your PayPal account within 2 business days.
- If you paid via Credit or Debit Card, you will receive a refund to your card within 2 business days.
