When and why can I return an order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days (from the day you received the product) to return it. Returns with refunds are subject to a deduction for shipping costs! (€5.50). The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as you received it and must have, as far as possible, the original packaging and all labels and warranty slips (if present). Furthermore, the product must be sent in the same box in which it was received, and it is advisable to use a plastic bag to protect the product from moisture, rain, or dirt. Make sure the package is properly sealed. This will make the process easier and faster. If you wish to exchange the product for a different one, you will need to place a new order.
The product return must be carried out as follows:

- Products must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels and warranty slips.
